HOW TO ORDER FROM FRESHCEYLON.COM?

You can choose any tea product, you want from the website “SELECT OPTION” then your products will show in the Shopping cart to select the weight.

Then select and “Add to Cart”, after that “View Cart”

In the next step, you can select grades and weight  Click “Proceed to Checkout”,

Then you can fill all your billing and shipping information.

The next step is a payment method to select and agree on the terms and conditions

Now you can Place an order, after the purchase you will receive payment receipt information.

Now you have completed all steps of the buying tea from freshceylon.com

We send you a tracking a number of the shipment via email once our team dispatched the order.

What is the FREE shipping?

We use Sri Lanka post economy courier service to send packages under the FREE shipping. Generally, it takes 4- 6 weeks to deliver the package (Sometimes you will get it within one week of time and the time is depending on the  flight operation schedule, etc)

We provide a tracking number for each order after we shipping it. Further, we can send the package photo upon request.

Please note this shipping option is beyond our control.

In addition, if you need expedited shipping within 3-5 days delivery, we can arrange it via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. And we take full responsibility for your order and shipment.

Furthermore, when it comes to wholesale order, we will be using our shipping agent (You can use your shipping company too) for shipping and we are fully responsible until the delivery.
